On behalf of an important Fashion-Luxury brand, among the leaders in its field, we are looking for the profile of a Collection Merchandiser for Woman Bags. The sought-after profile will work closely with the Style Department, the Industrial Division and the Retail Merchandising. The candidate will follow the entire product development process and the creation of successful collections in the field of Woman Bags. Reporting to: Senior Collection Merchandiser for Woman Bags

Principali attività previste

Support the entire merchandising process of the
collection – Collection briefing/editing/costs, collection presentations, catalogs, training etc.
Conduct market and competition analysis in terms of product positioning and price
Collaborate with the WW Retail Merchandising team to define the correct product strategy based on current opportunities/risks
Monitor sell-in and sell-out of the category
Support the management of category samples (collection development, sales campaigns…)

Principali attività richieste

The Candidate’s profile should meet the following characteristics:

Excellent knowledge of the Woman Bags category
5-7 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand
In-depth knowledge of the technical product development process for leather goods
Passion for product/fashion and constant updating on the latest trends
Ability to work flexibly between rapidly evolving priorities and close deliveries
Ability to build effective relationships between departments and within teams
Excellent knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
